1. WE ARE AUTHORISED AND REGULATED BY THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY (FCA)
You can check our authorised status at any time by visiting FCA’s website at https://register.fca.org.uk/s/ and entering our name or number which is 656224.
Our aim is to provide you with a professional and confidential service that delivers the highest possible standards. However, there may be occasions where you feel this has not been achieved and should you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of the service we provide to you, you can do this by writing to Satellite Finance Limited. Clarence House, Clarence Place, Newport, NP19 7AA or by emailing us at info@satfinance.co.uk where we will try to resolve your concern at the earliest time possible. Our internal complaints handing procedures are available on request.
2. WE ARE A CREDIT BROKER AND A LENDER
Whilst not all the products or arrangements that we introduce to you will be regulated, we will at all times act in your best interests when sourcing credit based on the requirements you disclose to us. When this is agreed with you, we will provide you with information about the product to ensure you understand your responsibilities and commitments, before proceeding.
3. WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU A FEE
We do not charge a fee for our services. However the lender supplying the product we introduce you to, will typically pay to us a commission (either a fixed fee or a percentage of the amount you borrow).
Commission Disclosure
FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY
The Financial Conduct Authority expects any intermediary to disclose to a Regulated customer that a commission may be payable by the owner or creditor to the intermediary, and, if the customer asks, the amount of that commission. The Financial Conduct Authority has made it clear that "commission" means any financial consideration.
